About the Session

A gentle, privately held after∙light session offered online, crafted for those who prefer to meet from the familiarity of their own space. Together, we move through breathwork, soft emotional release, and intuitive presence work - all guided with care, steadiness, and attunement. Ideal for anyone navigating grief, subtle inner shifts, or the wish to reconnect with someone who has transitioned. An online session holds the same depth, presence, and gentleness as an in-person session - but with the added comfort of being in a space you already trust. Many people find that being at home allows their system to soften more easily, opening the way for clarity, emotional release, and the subtle sense of connection that after∙light supports. You don’t need previous breathwork experience. You don’t need to prepare anything elaborate. You simply arrive, breathe, and allow what is ready to move, move


Booking Policy

Scheduling & Availability after∙light sessions are offered in limited windows throughout the year. You may book online at any time. If no times are available, please reach out via the form on the Contact page. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your session. This protects the container, reserves your time, and ensures that your space is held fully in advance. If you need an invoice or receipt, it can be provided. Rescheduling Life shifts, grief moves, and schedules change. You may reschedule your session with 24 hours’ notice. This allows the space to be offered to someone else who may be waiting. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations More than 24 hours’ notice: Your session can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full fee is retained. This honours the held space, preparation time, and the inability to fill the appointment at short notice. No-shows: The session is considered complete and non-refundable. Arriving Late If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This keeps the structure clear for all sessions offered that day. Technology (For Online Sessions) Please ensure your device is charged, your internet is stable, and your space is as private as possible. If unexpected technical issues arise, we’ll pause and find the simplest way forward. If ongoing connection issues prevent the session altogether, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. Preparation To honour the depth of this work, please: – avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session – have eaten lightly at least 1–2 hours beforehand – take time to arrive a few minutes early – create a quiet, comfortable space A preparation reminder is sent before your session. When a Session May Be Postponed after∙light is gentle work, but emotional safety always comes first. If you are currently in a crisis state, actively dissociating, or experiencing acute mental health symptoms, the session may need to be postponed until we can ensure you’re properly supported. After Your Session You’ll receive a soft integration email with grounding practices and gentle guidance.
