An in-person after∙light session offers a quiet, sacred space to breathe, soften, and be held in real presence. With gentle sensory support and deeper attunement to the body, the work unfolds in a grounded, heartfelt way. Ideal for those who feel comforted by being physically accompanied and guided through breath, emotional release, and subtle connection. There is something quietly powerful about entering a room designed for this work — a space warmed by intention, breath, and steadiness. In person, the nervous system often settles more quickly, allowing the emotional body to open with greater ease. The session is not clinical. It is human, spacious, slow, and deeply present. Here, you are invited to set everything down for a while.
Booking Policy
Scheduling & Availability after∙light sessions are offered in limited windows throughout the year. You may book online at any time. If no times are available, please reach out via the form on the Contact page. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your session. This protects the container, reserves your time, and ensures that your space is held fully in advance. If you need an invoice or receipt, it can be provided. Rescheduling Life shifts, grief moves, and schedules change. You may reschedule your session with 24 hours’ notice. This allows the space to be offered to someone else who may be waiting. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations More than 24 hours’ notice: Your session can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full fee is retained. This honours the held space, preparation time, and the inability to fill the appointment at short notice. No-shows: The session is considered complete and non-refundable. Arriving Late If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This keeps the structure clear for all sessions offered that day. Technology (For Online Sessions) Please ensure your device is charged, your internet is stable, and your space is as private as possible. If unexpected technical issues arise, we’ll pause and find the simplest way forward. If ongoing connection issues prevent the session altogether, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. Preparation To honour the depth of this work, please: – avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session – have eaten lightly at least 1–2 hours beforehand – take time to arrive a few minutes early – create a quiet, comfortable space A preparation reminder is sent before your session. When a Session May Be Postponed after∙light is gentle work, but emotional safety always comes first. If you are currently in a crisis state, actively dissociating, or experiencing acute mental health symptoms, the session may need to be postponed until we can ensure you’re properly supported. After Your Session You’ll receive a soft integration email with grounding practices and gentle guidance.
